The creation of a dance group made up of low income young people initiated in dance.
Among the criteria for joining in the project, the young people should be enrolled to a public school or institution with an average mark of 70%, which prevents school drop-off. Besides these young kids will be submitted to capacity exams, that is, dance classes.
The Project aims at making the population more engaged into culture by means of professionalization and artistic education as well as by proving them with artistic experiences.
